For HR Professionals - Coaching & Mentoring

You know what good HR looks like. You've always known. What you don't have is anyone at your level to think it through with, or the space to actually get to the version of the job you know you're capable of.

Coaching and mentoring gives you both: dedicated time to think properly, and someone who's walked the path themselves, with 20+ years of HR experience to draw on when you want it.

How It Works

1

Single Session - £95

Ideal if you...

Just want to talk to someone about a specific issue or topic.

How does it work?

You book the session and pay upfront.  It gets booked in when you need it.

What's included?

One 60-minute 1:1 session, paid upfront (£95) and booked whenever you need it.

2

Pay As You Go - £250

Ideal if you...

Know you'll want more than one session but need some flexibility.

How does it work?
You prepay for a bank of sessions and use them whenever something comes up.

What's included?

Three 60-minute 1:1 sessions, paid upfront (£250) valid for 6 months from purchase, booked flexibly as and when.

3

Coaching Package - £450

Ideal if you...
Genuinely working through something over time: building confidence in the role, developing your team, or resetting how you operate. Structured and sequential, so each session builds on the last.

What's included?
Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions across 3 months, with light-touch email support between sessions.

Wherever you are in the role or career this can be built around you
The Standalone HR Leader

No team, no peer, every hat worn at once.

Coaching and mentoring focuses on managing the isolation of being the only HR voice in the room, translating people issues into language the business will act on, working out what's genuinely HR's job versus what's been handed to you by default, and building credibility without a team or title behind you.

The Team Manager

Leading a small HR team, still doing hands-on work yourself, caught between managing people and managing the function.

Coaching and mentoring focuses on stepping back from doing the work yourself so others can grow into it, delegating without losing sight of quality or risk, managing upward and downward at the same time, and finding room for your own development when you're constantly developing everyone else.

The Director of a Function

Owns the whole people strategy, sits at the leadership table, likely has direct or dotted-line reports across the business.

Coaching and mentoring focuses on getting people strategy taken as seriously as commercial strategy, organisational design as the business scales, developing senior HR talent underneath you, and holding your own judgement under pressure without a peer to pressure-test it with.

Clients who have worked with me say...

“Sue has a unique ability to offer fresh perspectives on the obstacles I face in both my personal and professional life. She creates a safe, encouraging space to explore solutions. I’m so grateful for her support and the positive difference she has made in my journey.”
