Foundation - From £400 per month
Ideal for: Businesses that want reliable, ongoing HR support in place, without paying for more access than they'll use.

Growth - From £950 per month
Ideal for: Businesses actively hiring or restructuring, who need someone driving things forward, not just responding when asked.
What's included:

Up to 7 hours of HR support per month

Priority response — either same day or next working day

A monthly check-in call to stay ahead of what's next

All contracts, policies, and disciplinary/grievance documentation covered within your hours
Strategic Partner - From £1,650 per month
Ideal for: Businesses that want a fractional HR Director in the room, not a service they book into.
What's included:

2 days of dedicated HR Director time per month

Same-day response as standard

A seat at your leadership meetings, [monthly/as needed]

Strategic projects covered — restructures, TUPE, retention strategy — not charged as extras
Payment Terms

All of the above prices are flat fees and may be subject to change at any time.

If the work is particularly complex, a further charge maybe required.

Invoices are issued via Free Agent and include a secure card payment link if you prefer to pay by card.

For advice calls an invoice will be issued - payable within 14 days.

Work on documentation packages will not begin until the 50% deposit has been received. Final invoice for remaining fee will be issued once documentation complete - payable within 14 days.
