What does Pay-As-You-Go HR support cover?
Your hours are pre-purchased and drawn down flexibly, so they can be spent on whatever the business needs at the time — one month it might be recruitment, the next a people management issue that needs sorting properly.

Starter Bundle - 5 Hours from £550
Ideal for: Businesses testing the model, or with occasional needs that don't yet justify a retainer — a hiring push, a one-off policy review, a manager who needs some coaching.
What's included:

Plus Bundle - 10 Hours from £1,000
Ideal for: Businesses with HR needs spread across the year — a bit of recruitment, some manager support, an engagement check-in — without wanting a monthly contract.

Priority booking ahead of ad-hoc clients

Hours valid for 6 months (if not used they will be lost)
Complete Bundle - 20 Hours from £1,800
Ideal for: Businesses managing several live issues at once, or wanting enough headroom to treat this as their main HR support without moving to a retainer yet.

Priority booking ahead of ad-hoc clients

A light-touch quarterly check-in on how hours are being used

Hours valid for 12 months (if not used they will be lost)
Payment Terms

All of the above prices are flat fees and may be subject to change at any time.

If the work is particularly complex, a further charge maybe required.

Invoices are issued via Free Agent and include a secure card payment link if you prefer to pay by card.

For advice calls an invoice will be issued - payable within 14 days.

Work on documentation packages will not begin until the 50% deposit has been received. Final invoice for remaining fee will be issued once documentation complete - payable within 14 days.

Client data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

All work product is confidential and for the exclusive use of the client.
